Below it states "Barcers vill" (Barkersville) and shows a picture of the "Baber" (perhaps Barber?). There is also a "Find the Face" puzzle, as I was extremely into Where's Waldo and Eye Spy at this point.
And yes, there is a picture in the middle, as well.

Well done. I remember writing a card to my mom when I was little that said I love you very 'mush'. Classic kids!
Sarah ... I have a drawer full of work of lots of artwork from your early days. You have always been a very talented artist. Keep it up! Love Dad.
